2018 Annual Report and Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting

 

DP Eurasia (DPEU.L), the master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, announces that the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018, the notice convening the Group's 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy, have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders.

The 2018 Annual Report and Accounts, notice of 2019 AGM were made available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website at www.dpeurasia.com on 10 April 2019 and copies of the documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk.

DP Eurasia's 2019 AGM will be held on 29 May 2019. The meeting will be held at the offices of Houthoff Coöperatief U.A., Gustav Mahlerplein 50, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, commencing at 14:00 (CEST).
