Issue of Equity under the LTIP

DP Eurasia (DPEU.L), the master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, announces the allotment of shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") of 12 June 2017 and as amended on 3 February 2021.

On 8 September 2022, the Company shall allot a total of 250,722 new ordinary shares of €0,12 each ("New Shares") in connection with an exercise of options awarded to senior employees which has now crystallised under the LTIP.  Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will take place on 8 September 2022.

Following Admission, the Company will have 145,623,136 ordinary shares in issue.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury therefore the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 145,623,136. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
