ASA International Group plc - 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting

ASA International Group plc (LSE: ASAI), one of the world's largest international microfinance institutions, confirms that its 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting was posted on 16 May 2025 and has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R the Company has submitted the 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Form of Proxy to the National Storage Mechanism, and it will be available for inspection in unedited full text at:

The AGM will be held as a hybrid meeting (held by combined physical and electronic means) both remotely and at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Ltd, 1 Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL on Thursday 19 June 2025 at 11.00 am (London time).
