MONTHLY UPDATE
As at 30 November 2025, the Company was invested in a diversified portfolio of 24 investments with a valuation of £281.9m. The Company's available cash was £31.8m and net effective leverage was 28.0%.
In the month, a Core+ senior loan for hotels and spas in the UK was fully repaid and realised £19.6m gross proceeds (7.0% IRR), and £35.7m was committed into a senior profit participating loan to refinance the same portfolio of assets.
