Entra appoints Ole Anton Gulsvik as new CFO

Entra has appointed Mr. Ole Anton Gulsvik (50) as new Chief Financial Officer
("CFO") of Entra.

"I am very pleased to announce the recruitment of Ole Anton Gulsvik as new CFO
in Entra. Gulsvik has extensive experience from similar roles and from financing
and capital markets. I am certain he will be a valuable contributor to the
future development of our business", says Sonja Horn, CEO of Entra.

Gulsvik has more than 20 years' experience from capital markets and other senior
management roles. He currently serves as CFO in stock exchange listed NRC Group.
Prior to this he first served as CFO then CEO of Seven Seas Group, formerly
Eitzen Maritime Services. He also has extensive experience from capital markets
and has held several roles within corporate finance, equity, and credit research
in amongst other Carnegie and Handelsbanken Capital Markets. Gulsvik holds a
master's degree in engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and
Technology (NTNU) and he is a Certified European Financial Analyst (AFA) from
the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Gulsvik will take over as CFO in Entra after Anders Olstad, who announced in
October 2023 that he will resign as CFO no later than 1 May 2024. Gulsvik will
take up his new position at the latest 1 August 2024. Entra will appoint an
interim CFO if necessary.
