Investinor Direkte AS ("Investinor"), has on 21 February 2025 sold 39,947 shares
in BerGenBio ASA ("BerGenBio"). Following the transaction, Investinor now holds
1,915,433 shares in BerGenBio, corresponding to 4.90% of the share capital.
