Nordic Mining ASA (EN Oslo Børs: NOM): Receipt of claim for injunction

 

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 12 August 2025 regarding the
Borgarting Court of Appeal's ruling in the dispute between the NGOs
Naturvernforbundet and Natur og Ungdom and the Norwegian state.

The NGOs have today filed for an injunction against Nordic Mining with the claim
that deposit of tailings in the Førdefjord from mining operations shall be
prohibited. Nordic Mining will vigorously defend itself against the claim.
